Intrude

This is only available if the operator has permission to intrude and the other internal parties have given permission to allow intrude to happen.  Consult your System Administrator for details on how to configure this option.

To intrude upon a user who is active on a call:

  1. Locate the user in the directory panel.

  2. From the Actions menu select Intrude.
    Or

    Press F9.

  3. Speak to the User.

  4. When finished press the Hang Up button Hang Up Call Button.
    Or

    From the Actions menu select Hang Up
    Or

    Press the End button.
